Nick & Aloria Engagement
Before we got married, I hadn’t really heard of a lot of couples getting married before their actual wedding. Now it seems like everyone we know has two anniversaries. Nick and Aloria are finally getting to have their wedding in October, after two years of marriage. I had a great time with them, chatting about how lame the Army can be and how AWESOME their vintage wedding is going to be. I can’t wait!

Katherine Maternity
Daniel and Katherine are expecting little girl in October. Have I ever mentioned how much I love little girls? They are absolutely the best (unless my son is reading this, in which case I have to say that BOYS are the best… and also, how on earth did you learn to read? Even your three-year-old sister can’t read yet!).
Anyway, Daniel and Katherine are so much fun, and we had a great (and hot and sweaty) photo shoot out at Mott Lake. And what a photogenic couple! Katherine is a real trooper, and she tried out all my crazy ideas. Thanks guys, and here is a small peek at what is to come. 
I Have a New Baby
My new lens came today (incidentally, I think it weighs more than either of my actual children at birth)! I am so excited, and you will be too when you see what AMAZING pictures this thing can take. Zach and I had some fun this afternoon with our kiddos, trying everything out. Check out the amazing clarity and focus. Hooray!
